Inspections are carried out on site to determine the cause of the complaint. Where necessary testing is done to establish the quality of the carpet or the cause of the problem.

Reports are completed reaching a definitive conclusion as to how it was caused and whether a complaint is justified.

Inspections are carried out on behalf of any interested party on the understanding that we operate truly independently. All inspections are carried out by Mr K. E. Wetherell. Keith is a registered member of the Textile Institute and follows the code of practice laid out by this Institute.

Judgements are made against the relevant British Standard where applicable.

The written reports can be used to settle disputes or in litigation including small claims or the fast track approach.
