Who are we!

We are a small family business who operate as independent carpet consultants, mainly to the trade but we are also used by Trading Standards, Wholesalers, Retailers, Consumers etc; to a lesser extent.

T.C.S. was registered in England 1979. Registered number 2472744.

How can we help?

We can inspect on-site a complaint and provide a definitive report as to whether the complaint was a justified manufacturing fault - bad fitting - or if is was due to local incidental causes.

If the complaint is due to any manufacturing errors and a repair can be made to settle the matter on site, we will carry out the necessary work without the need for a second visit. ( Providing that this is agreeable to the consumer ). All repair work is guaranteed by us in addition to any manufacturers guarantee.

We can complete repairs to any type of carpet including the more usual - Axminster, Wilton, Tufted ( inc graphics ) HB, FB, Bonded, ( Chinese, Turkish rugs etc ).

Testing

We test to BS: standard and code of practice in our own laboratory. Testing is done both to support our own on site inspection or as routine quality control checking, or complaint claims by samples sent in.
